He majored in Microbiology and Chemistry completing his B.S. degree. Dr. Roth then went on to study foodborne pathogens and obtain a M.S. degree.
VASCULAR SURGERY & MEDICAL TRAINING
His medical training started at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia where he obtained his M.D. in 1992. He subsequently entered a General Surgery residency program in Norfolk and spent the next 6 years completing this stage of training. He was recommended for an appointment into a post-graduate Vascular Surgery Fellowship training program at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
An Entrepreneur in Vein Care:

Dr. Roth began to learn about minimally invasive vein procedures and how these procedures could revolutionize the treatment of vein disease for the future. In 2003 he realized the tremendous advantages of teaming up with Dr. Keith Davis, a Plastic Surgeon to form the Vein Care Pavilion of the South which is based in Evans, Georgia(GA) a growing suburb of Augusta, one of two Georgia veins clinics today. Dr. Roth continues the vision that he and Dr. Keith Davis first began in 2003 in Augusta/Evans GA,Atlanta GA,Nashville TN and Raleigh/Knightdale NC as a testimony to their close partnership.
A LEADING PUBLISHED PHYSICIAN
Dr. Roth is published in the EVRFA (Endovenous Radio Frequency Ablation) technique and along with Dr. Davis is asked to teach courses to physicians from around the country and world for the treatment of venous reflux disease and all types of unwanted veins. Today, this innovative and expanding practice is one of the largest and most respected vein centers in the country. The volume and results they produce is the best representation for predicting a successful outcome for future patients.
