Our front office staff and schedulers are your first contact with The Vein Guys®. They work hard to answer all of your questions and to make you feel at home.
Billing
The Vein Guys® billing staff works with you and your insurance company to determine coverage of all procedures performed by The Vein Guys®. Once the doctors determine that surgery is necessary and your surgery is scheduled, the billing staff gets to work. They work with your insurance company to get a precertification if required and develop a cost analysis to let you know your estimated cost.
